Nature of loans
Loans granted by GlobalFinance+ are fixed-rate financing offers starting at 2.5% APR (excluding insurance). Their approval is subject to the review of your credit file and your repayment capacity. GlobalFinance+ reserves the right to refuse an application without justification.

Rates information
Usury rate
GlobalFinance+ respects the usury rate set by the Banque de France. Our rates are regularly updated to remain compliant with current regulations. Rates starting at 2.5% APR, subject to file approval by our services.
Responsible credit
We encourage responsible use of credit. Before committing, ensure that your repayment capacity is compatible with the amount borrowed. A loan requires consideration of your financial situation.
Withdrawal period
In accordance with the law, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the acceptance of your loan offer, without having to justify a reason and without penalty.
Solvency check
Before any loan is granted, a thorough solvency check is carried out via the National Register of Loan Repayment Incidents (FICP) and the Consumer Credit Register (FCP).
